Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Every piece is printed for your order specifically, so there’s no shelf for it to go back to.

Please check the size guide before ordering. Our fits run oversized — size as you would for an oversized fit, not your usual size.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email busuppliesco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement free of charge. If we can’t replace it, we’ll refund you in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once printing has started we can’t cancel, since the shirt now exists and says something specific.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank details to process the refund.
